It was the alcohol
As expected, my flirty new friend
Carol
hasn't called me. I doubt she even kept my number longer than 24 hours.

About Me
Colin Baxter
On Tuesday 23rd January 2007, my wife told me that she wanted a divorce. I was devastated. This diary is an attempt to capture my feelings, and chronicle the story of how I, hopefully, get on with my life.

Important People
Mary - my ex-wife of twelve years. We separated in January '07 and were officially divorced on 28 Jan '08.
G - my beloved son.
N - Mary's new partner.
Mel - we met through an internet dating site. Had an on-again, off-again sort of relationship for months. Now finally off for good.
L - also met online she has proved to be just about the best friend a man could wish for.
Becky - had a short-lived but wonderful relationship, then let her go in favour of Mel. Big mistake.
Susie - an amazing woman, with whom I am deeply in love. Despite saying that we
could
have a relationship, she does not feel that we should get involved, but doesn't know why.
